About This Piece

An early piece, “Etalon” was, in the artist’s opinion, one of her most accomplished small sculptures, reaching the zenith of her practice in mixed media sculpture of the time. Soon after its creation came a change in scale and the eventual transition in to bronze. This piece has not been moulded for bronze and is one of the few driftwood and mixed media originals still available.

This piece was displayed at Exeter Crematorium during the artist’s funeral service.
